The 7th Saga is a fighting RPG for SNES. It only provides a single-player mode. Initially, you will be selected one of the seven characters given to the role. Your task is to locate the seven magic runes. The remaining six unselected characters will appear at later stages. Depending on your thoughts, they may become your allies or enemies. The game takes place in many towns, and when you have completed the mission, you will move to the next town. There are three game modes: safe zone, enemy attack zone, and city area. In secure areas, players can walk normally, buy the necessary items, sell unnecessary things, and rest at an inn. You can also communicate, persuade the characters here to join in the search for runes. A unique improvement in the game is the provision of “rada” in the form of a crystal ball for players. With this item, you can observe enemies as they try to approach you. Therefore, you can altogether avoid them, and the game scenario is not entirely random. The skills that the character can use are: attack, defend, cast, use powerful items, run. Besides, you can buy weapons and equipment needed to power up your characters.
