Kaze Emanuar created the Super Mario 64 Chaos Edition romhack in 2014, which has 121 stars. Nothing in any of the game levels has changed as a result of this hack. However, this makes use of a Special Gecko Mod (or Gamesharks), which enables it to randomly activate and deactivate codes on demand. This hack is intended to test players’ ability to complete Mario 64 while being hindered or aided by the unpredictable codes.
