A hacker by the name of Ricardo created an extremely interesting remake of Pokemon Fire Red called Pokemon Mega (Pokemon Fire Red Hack). This remake was inspired by the original version of the game. The plot of the game has not been altered in any way, with the exception that the player will now face off against a well-known Ash character from the anime. Additionally, a new map has been included, which will present the player with a very different experience than before. In addition, Pokemon from Generations 1-7 can appear in a variety of forms, including the exclusive Mega Evolution variety.
