Iris was the name given to a recently established region in the distant past. Nobody knows when or where it was first made, and nobody knows where. Researchers from many different regions, including Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, and even Sinnoh, got together to try to figure out the history of this location, but they were ultimately unsuccessful. The reason for their failure was that there were too many different types of Pokemon living here at the same time. There are a few hypotheses floating around. Some people believe that Lugia and Celebi are responsible for the formation of the Iris region. They have been at each other’s throats for such a long time in order to determine who should be allowed to expand this region. There is no clear indication of who will win either of these battles. Because of the pervasiveness of this rumor, a large number of people are interested in apprehending these two.
