This is a visual novel game, sequel to "Mega Casanova" on Sega Mega Drive (NTSC/PAL)/Genesis. In this game, Casanova, while relaxing on the beach with beautiful girls, passes out under the hot sun. But he was lucky that those girls from the beach turned out to be doctors working at a local rehab center. The hero's uncle pays for his treatment. Casanova regains consciousness at the medical center. Remembering everything, he must check his health, pass tests and, of course, seduce one of the four beauties in white coats. In the arcade part, you have 20 seconds to massage the girl. Finding the right rhythm is easy. Peculiarities: 15+ backgrounds; 10+ melodies; 4 girls for seduction and 3 finals; 2 mini-game: massage and quiz; 3 languages to choose from: English, German and Russian.
