Golgo 13: Top Secret Episode is an action game released by Vic Tokai in 1988. The game is set from a Helicopter explosion from New York City. A CIA bio-weapons and vaccines stored on the plane were missing after the explosion. After investigating, the CIA has identified Golgo-13, the man responsible for the crime and the theft of items on board. The agency quickly planned to search and arrest Golgo-13, a KGB gunner. However, FIXER, a secret international organization, suspected that the case was not carried out by the KGB, but by the DREK empire. Condor, a mysterious man who has taken on the task of helping FIXER to clearly investigate the case. He embarks on a journey to find the DREK empire along with Golgo-13.
