Digimon Ruby is a fan-made role-playing game (RPG) for the Game Boy Advance that is based on the Digimon anime series. It is also known as Digimon Rury. The story therefore follows the anime fairly closely, albeit with a few key differences. The names in Chinese have been translated into English, and those translations have been used to designate the characters. The name Daisuke has been shortened to Da Fu, and many of the Digimon have peculiar titles for themselves. A significant portion of the music featured in Digimon Ruby was taken from the soundtracks of multiple Game Boy Color games.
