Contra Force is an action role-playing game and hostage rescue. In 1992, a task force consisting of various military experts in different fields was established to protect Neo City from terrorism. The commander of the team, Burns, after receiving information from the Fox-organization that provided information to them, learned that the intelligence department was hacked and stolen data by a terrorist organization called DNME. Burns was hosted by Fox at a press conference in Harbor to learn more about the situation, to create a plan to protect Neo City from DNME criminals.
