A romhack based on Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin, Castlevania Rondo of Ruin aims to alter a significant portion of the original game’s content. The majority of the game’s environments, as well as the story, items, sprites, weapons, and music, have been updated in some way, and these changes can be either minor or significant. Join Richter Belmont, Maria Renard, and their other companions as they work to discover what has caused Castlevania to return to the world of humans so soon after the events of Symphony of the Night. The story takes place five years after those events.
