Bomber planet is a beautiful place, with a thriving natural environment, selected by many creatures for a living. However, the inherent peace was ruined by two wicked guys, Mujoe and Hige Bandits. They had brought in a robust device, capable of shrinking everything and then sell it to other owners in the universe to gain profit in business. Luckily, when it was about to activate, Bomber Man and Max appeared and stopped it, but they had to take the consequences instead. In their small form, they turned to Dr. Ein for help, but he is too big to be able to do something. Charaboms was invented soon after, to help the heroes destroy the Mini machine. Unfortunately, the two villains were promptly discovered and create new problems. What will the fate of the planet and the Bomber be like?
